Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Enovida Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors

  2. Contact your local carrier directly

We will do our best to help resolve the situation.


Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@enovidawellness.com and include your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review and resolve the situation promptly.


International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
